Currently, Andea is looking for an proactive, skilled, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to help develop strong customer relationships, supporting sales and marketing departments, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge about Andea products and services
  • Perform market analysis and monitor competitors' activities
  • Prepare and implement marketing and sales campaigns
  • Organize and manage company events
  • Prepare proposals and commercial documents in cooperation with the sales department
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients & partners
  • Monitor and manage the customer and prospect database, including the CRM platform
  • Prepare periodic sales status reports
  • Monitor status of the sales pipeline and the individual sales opportunities
  • Conduct training for new sales & marketing team members

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated individual that is not afraid of new challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English a must, German/French nice to have)
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic project management knowledge and experience, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
  • Understanding of enterprise software/B2B high tech industry a plus
