Currently, Andea is looking for an proactive, skilled, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to help develop strong customer relationships, supporting sales and marketing departments, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge about Andea products and services
- Perform market analysis and monitor competitors' activities
- Prepare and implement marketing and sales campaigns
- Organize and manage company events
- Prepare proposals and commercial documents in cooperation with the sales department
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients & partners
- Monitor and manage the customer and prospect database, including the CRM platform
- Prepare periodic sales status reports
- Monitor status of the sales pipeline and the individual sales opportunities
- Conduct training for new sales & marketing team members

- Excellent organizational skills
- Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated individual that is not afraid of new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English a must, German/French nice to have)
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic project management knowledge and experience, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
- Understanding of enterprise software/B2B high tech industry a plus
