Currently, Andea is looking for a skilled, open-to-new-challenges Junior IT Support. We are looking for a part-time student available full-time during the week who can, and most importantly, enjoys handling service customers and solving their problems, or passing on to administrators and overseeing/escalating the resolution process.

Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Responding to requests from Polish and English-speaking company employees (classic helpdesk - ongoing support and remote management and administration of access levels).
- Identification and resolution of technical problems.
- Installation, configuration, and updating of software.
- Preparation of current documentation.
- Participation in internal projects within the IT department.
- Inventory of hardware and software.
You won’t be working on your own – we have a great team with different seniority.
What you will bring along
- Comfortable with Windows.
- Familiarity/experience with MS Office / Microsoft 365 software.
- Practical knowledge of working in Active Directory.
- Use standard diagnostic tools and applications, including the command line and Windows tools.
- Experience and practical skills in diagnosing and resolving computer problems (hardware and software).
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks.
- Open-mindedness, an attitude to development, and acquiring new IT skills.
- Independence and commitment.
- A quality and team-oriented approach to work.
