Currently, Andea is looking for an proactive, skilled, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to help develop strong customer relationships, supporting sales and marketing departments, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, supporting sales and marketing departments, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.
Andea works and partners with large multinational companies looking for ways to optimize their operations by implementing advanced software solutions. In this role, you will manage the relationship with our clients and ensure the sales and promotion of our products and services.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain current Andea products and services knowledge.
- Prepare and implement marketing and sales campaigns.
- Prepare proposals and commercial documents in cooperation with the sales department & partners.
- Manage SaaS contract renewals.
- Review and validate outgoing quotes, proposals, and binding contracts.
- Investigate and implement new tools & solutions to help streamline and automate the existing sales processes.
- Implement new improved sales & marketing processes.
- Monitor and manage the customer and prospect database, including the CRM platform.
- Prepare periodic sales status reports.
- Monitor the status of the sales pipeline and the individual sales opportunities.
- Conduct training for new sales & marketing team members.
- Assist the marketing team with organizing and executing internal and external marketing events.
- Manage opportunity and sales reporting with our partners.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, highly confident, self-motivated individual that is not afraid of new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English a must, German/French nice to have).
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic project management knowledge and experience, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks.
- Understanding of enterprise software/B2B high-tech industry a plus.
- Experience in automating sales processes in a software company (nice to have, preferably a SaaS solution provider).
