Currently, Andea is looking for looking for an innovative, skilled and passionate Senior UX/UI designer to help us develop our software solutions. Andea is a global MES software integrator of systems like DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Ortems, and more recently, our own MES platform, Manufacturo. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTech, Bombardier, or Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.

Candidate qualities we are looking for:

  • Solid understanding of design principles as they relate to functionality and ergonomics
  • Knowledge of the user experience process and user interface best practices
  • Ability to defend design decisions
  • Proficiency with UI/ UX design tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate project progress to colleagues
  • Demonstrate time management and independent problem-solving
  • Ensure that projects meet strategic goals and are delivered on schedule
  • Proficiency in English

Main job responsibilities:

  • Lead UX strategy for our company
  • Participate in solution design meetings; giving and receiving feedback
  • Develop designs that meet business needs as well as the ergonomic needs of the user
  • Prepare & maintain UX guidelines and best practices
  • Sketch, design, and prototype UI designs for both web and mobile
  • Design User Interfaces and prepare prototypes that clearly show how the product will look and work in the final stage
  • Preparing handoffs for developers and participating in the design approval process
  • Gather feedback and data to further improve designs
  • Developing and improving our design systems
