Currently, Andea is looking for an innovative, skilled, and open to new challenges Senior Business Analyst to grow our portfolio of applications on a cloud-based SaaS platform we created called Manufacturo (www.manufacturo.com).
What you’ll be working on
Andea is a global software integrator and development house focused on building cutting-edge solutions for the manufacturing industry. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTek, Bombardier, or Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will develop and enhance Manufacturo, our cloud-based platform. Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Analyze and translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional).
- Articulate requirements to development teams in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a common, value-oriented product backlog for Manufacturo applications.
- Cooperate with architects on planning and designing, make recommendations and decisions for future reference.
- Support teams to resolve the dependency, capacity, and resource issues.
- Participate in test designs and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain product documentation for users and other developers.
- Support business application implementations.
You won’t be working on your own – each project is assigned its own SCRUM team consisting of Senior and Junior developers, both frontend and backend, DevOps engineers, product owners, as well as UX/UI designers, software tester.
Our tech stack
- Our frontend is built in micro-frontend architecture, using the latest Angular. We write our end-to-end and integration tests in Cypress.
- Our backend consists of several microservices written in .net core running in the Kubernetes cluster hosted in Azure.
- For testing and deploying our code, we use CI/CD pipelines maintained in Azure DevOps.
- We also have our own Angular Component Library.
What you will bring along
- 5+ years’ experience in common business analysis and Agile techniques.
- Demonstrated experience working in software development environments, where customer experience is a key focus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Process mapping experience essential.
- Strong influencing, advising, facilitating, mentoring and knowledge sharing skills.
- Advanced written and spoken business level in English.
- Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
Even better if you also have:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is a plus.

After work, I actively spend time with my family and I like playing board games. Moreover, I am interested in the world of science, especially paleontology.

Together with the rest of my team, we ensure that the life of developers is easy and their code is created faster. Most of my free time I spend hanging out with friends, at the swimming pool, and learning cooking secrets. Apparently, I make delicious burgers.
