Currently, we are looking for a passionate Multimedia Designer to join our growing Marketing team. A person with a unique creative flair and impeccable attention to detail.

Andea is a global software integrator and development house focused on building cutting-edge solutions for the manufacturing industry. Our software solutions have helped companies like CoorsTek, Bombardier, and Sierra Nevada Corporation to better track, manage and optimize their production processes.

As Multimedia Designer you will be involved in various design projects from concept to completion and will be responsible for creating on-brand collateral across a broad range of disciplines including digital and print. Working alongside our in-house Marketing and Sales teams, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to all functions of the group, gaining a holistic experience.

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Producing visually engaging, on-brand graphics to a brief
  • Working with the brand, style, and project guidelines
  • Understanding project requirements & ideas
  • Handling creative projects from brief to delivery
  • Working on a wide variety of projects, developing concepts, graphics, videos, and layouts across a range of print and digital media
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams
  • Finding new and innovative ways to present information both online and offline

You won’t be working on your own, and you won’t be left to your own devices. As soon as the onboarding process is complete, you’ll be a part of the Marketing team, with plenty of experience to support you when needed.

What you will bring along

  • Graphic Design qualification or similar
  • 3 years of experience in both digital and print media
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are essential)
  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well within a team & independently
  • Strong portfolio, showcasing online & offline work (digital & print)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Outstanding conceptual and visual design skills with an appreciation of layout, typography, and branding
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is desired but not essential

Even better if you also have:

  • Have experience in Software / SaaS industry
  • Have great communication and time management skills
  • Are an effective problem solver, able to think critically to arrive at the best possible solution
  • Are a team player with strong work ethics
