Andea, the creators of Manufacturo, an innovative manufacturing SaaS solution for Hi-Tech Emergent manufacturers, is looking to hire a Sales Director to help implement new sales strategies and drive profitable growth to the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing sales for a new line of SaaS products in fast-growing, highly regulated companies that build rockets, satellites, drones, autonomous vehicles, and innovative renewable energy solutions.
We are looking for an independent and creative individual that can engage and influence senior-level contacts in the North American region.
What will your role be
- Seeking new business opportunities
- Working with the Product Team to drive product requirements and features to improve sales conversion
- Collaborating with Marketing to improve market awareness & lead generation
- Managing sales processes - offering, negotiating, contracting, and supervising the implementation of products and services
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competitors' activities
- Establish sales processes to serve SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers across manufacturing industries
- Managing the relationship with existing customers
- Develop sales training and onboarding programs to ramp up new personnel
- Hire and manage BDRs and sales engineers
What do we expect
- 5+ years of experience in an executive sales role with a proven track record
- Software & SaaS experience - a must
- Experience managing, negotiating, and closing complex sales cycles – demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Good communicator
- Availability to travel - 25%
- Good project knowledge and experience, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
- Experience in selling to space-tech or clean-tech companies
