Job description
We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented individuals that can help Andea develop and grow its portfolio of applications inside a cloud-based SaaS platform called Manufacturo hosted in Azure. We target high-tech emergent manufactures focused on the space industry and complex assembly. Andea works and partners with large, global companies, looking for ways to use computer systems to make their operations more efficient while reducing and containing quality issues.
Taking this role, you will be working on maintaining customer solutions based on the Manufacturo platform hosted in Azure and will work in the afternoon shift between 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Central European Time.
Andea is looking for:

Your tasks will include:
- Implementing and managing customer solutions based on the Manufacturo platform.
- Providing support for production environments.
- Providing customer service during support hours (reporting issue status, resolution feedback).
Required attributes:
- Scripting – basic experience in Bash scripting and PowerShell scripting
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Very good command of the English language, both speaking and writing
Nice to have and highly desirable:
- Monitoring Tools (preferably Azure Log Analytics, Azure App Insights, Azure Monitor)
- Experience in implementation/support/maintenance of a manufacturing system.
- Linux – basic experience in administration
- Cloud (preferably Azure) – general knowledge and concepts
- Microservices - debugging and monitoring
- Git
- Helm
- Programming skills (.net, JavaScript)
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar is sufficient, while a master’s degree is a plus

Grow with us
You’ll begin your journey with Andea with an onboarding process designed to bring you in on the SQL and Apriso software. In terms of ongoing training, we provide opportunities to learn more about our databases (ORACLE and MS SQL), production processes, and other relevant technologies and tools we use daily.
Additionally, you will be encouraged to proactively seek learning opportunities relevant to your daily work and we’ll cover the associated costs. We’re also big on internal knowledge sharing. Each week you’ll be meeting with all other developers for a chance to:
- Learn something new from a different project
