HR and Recruitment Specialist

Location: Kraków, Poland

As an HR and Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and smooth flow of day-to-day tasks in our Krakow office, supporting employees both in the US and Poland, and working closely with recruitment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position (work in recruitment area is a must)

  • Excellent administrative, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Accuracy and high level of attention to detail in every aspect of work

  • Highly service of employees and quality-oriented mindset

  • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative

  • Excellent social skills; communicative and open to new challenges, good relationship building skills

  • Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting ongoing recruitment projects

  • Conducting recruitment for lower-level positions after prior training

  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates, building a collaborative relationship

  • Carrying out HR tasks (e.g., handling benefits)

  • Performing other tasks related to office services or recruitment of employees

  • Carrying out administrative and office tasks
