We are looking to hire a Sales Director who will be responsible for helping us grow software sales in North America.
Andea is a Dassault Systemes DELMIA Apriso & DELMIA Ortems reseller, and we are looking to hire a Sales Director who will be responsible for helping us grow software sales in North America. We are looking for an independent, self-sufficient, and creative individual that will sell licenses, implementation, and application maintenance services.
What will your role be:
- Seeking new business opportunities
- Managing sales processes - offering, negotiating, contracting, and supervising the implementation of products and services
- Collaborating with Marketing to improve market awareness & lead generation
- Maintain accurate account plans and forecast
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competitors' activities
- Establish sales processes and enterprise customers across manufacturing industries
- Managing the relationship with existing customers
- Develop sales training and onboarding programs to ramp up new personnel
What do we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in an executive sales role with a proven track record
- Manufacturing business knowledge (production, logistic, quality, maintenance)
- Experience with selling ERP / MES / APS solutions (SAP, Oracle, Rockwell, Siemens, etc.)
- Good project knowledge and experience, including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
- Experience in establishing and running new business units
- Experience managing, negotiating, and closing complex sales cycles – demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Availability to travel - 25%
