Currently, Andea is looking for a proactive, skilled, and detail-oriented CONTROLLING SPECIALIST to deliver financial reports and forecasts, issue sales invoices and enjoy cooperation with other departments to make mutual work efficient and successful.

Job description
As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality along with the smooth workflow of ongoing tasks in our office in Cracow, supporting employees both US and Poland, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in billing or controlling department.
- Excellent planning, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Accuracy and high level of attention to detail in every aspect of work
- Highly client service and quality-oriented mindset
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Excellent social skills; communicative and able to work in a team
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- High personal culture
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Active participation in the process of circulation of financial documents - including verification of the correctness of documents from the formal and accounting point of view.
- Preparation of controlling reports and other financial statements.
- Preparation of forecasts, analyses, and management reports on KPIs.
- Reporting to external institutions.
- Issuing sales invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents.
- Organizing and handling business trips (domestic and international) - i.e., booking flights, hotels, insurance, and cars.
- Accounting for domestic and foreign business trips.
- Cooperating closely with other departments (Administration, Finance, Sales, and Marketing)
- Taking up any task that comes on the way! It is a developing team with roles that are expanding.
